Right-oh - finished The Da Vinci Code. Predictably pants, but got me through a couple of car journeys this weekend.

On to South of the Border, West of the Sun by the wonderful Murakami. Apparently, and according to the friend who lent it to me, it's a "middle-aged 'Norwegian Wood'".
